Stand by UM Rowing Club

Whether you’re noob or an experienced rower, this is a great opportunity to test your strength and endurance. We’ll have a rowing erg available, and participants can try to attempt the fastest one-minute row.

The  experienced Rowing club members will be available to explain the techniques involved in rowing. As well as the numerous benefits of rowing, from improving cardiovascular health and building full-body strength to enhancing mental focus and stress relief.

If you’ve ever considered taking your rowing experience to the water, they’dove to help you get started.
