GETTING THERE
Explore magical places in Malta with Science in the City 2023! Our festival will take place across several venues, based around Triton Fountain and Biskuttin in Valletta. One venue is in Catholic Institute and one in Sala San Duminku. Here are the addresses and directions to each venue. With sustainability in mind we strongly recommend that you use public transport to get to our Festival. The last bus departing from Valletta are at 1:30 am and 2:10 am (Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday nights).
Triton Fountain and Biskuttin
Directions:
Triton Fountain is located just outside City Gate. Triton Fountain extends onto Biskuttin Garden, a promenade which extends from the Triton Fountain towards Floriana.
Catholic Institute
Directions:
Walk straight from the city gate to Independence Monument. Turn left and walk till the end of the car park then turn right. In a minute you will reach your destination.

Walk to the city gate and keep walking straight to the Royal Opera House. Turn on your right-hand side to Ordinance Street. Keep walking straight. (in front of Berġa ta’ Kastilja)
St Dominic's Theatre | Sala San Duminku
Directions:
Walk to the city gate and straight to APS bank corner. Turn on your right-hand side to Melita Street and then on your left-hand side to Merchant’s Street. Keep walking straight to St Dominic Church.
Walk to il-Berġa ta’ Kastilja, and turn on your left-hand side to Merchant’s Street. Keep walking straight to St Dominic Church.
