Women Connect: Leadership transforming communities

This Masterclass is a platform for women in executive roles across diverse industries to showcase and share their stories, challenges, and key achievements in their respective fields. This facilitated discussion will speak on what it means to play a leadership role as a woman in our society. Diving into the issues women leaders often face, we will discuss gender bias and double standards, and how the idea of being a force of change can play many roles within our communities and day to day lives. Our goal, along with the women on this panel, is to generate new and accessible resources providing attainable frameworks for women, as well as the community at large in Malta, to facilitate more engagement within communities and continue to help build a stronger, more valued, foundation for women in the workforce.
